A night you're watching goes from sold out to having at
least one 1 Bdrm free — usually a cancellation.
Running low
A night you're watching drops below 4
remaining 1 Bdrm units — time to move.
Only the 1 Bdrm column counts. Executive 1 Bdrm,
studios and larger units are ignored. Each alert fires once per crossing and
re-arms when the count moves back the other way, so you won't get a message
every time a night ticks down by one.
